As I started talking to these parents, it was pretty eye opening to me. The questions they were asking me, why does your organization different from X, Y, or Z? Man, I got to tell you it came down to, yes we have a great facility, and yes, we have, you know, great instructors, and yes, I have a coach. I'll be honest with you, I care more about developing your son into becoming a great person a faith based person. It's not a requirement by any means, but for our team, it was a big part of our fit. I want to build them into great young men, people who can take the skills they're learning, the adversity that they're going to face this year and carry over into their long term, long term success, whether it's with baseball or business or their grades or their schooling or their teachers. The respect. Same reason why we started the year with. We started the year with giving back, and we started to serve the community, and we made up bags and the kids put them together and we put together volunteers, and we literally knocked on doors. Got with an organization, a nonprofit, and we knocked on doors, and I wanted to start our team with, we are servants first. That was the big message on our team. So, parents absolutely loved hearing the fact that building young men. So now it's the proofs in the pudding, right? That's where many parents have come through and written testimonials that have just been awesome to read and see about what we're doing for them. Everyone of them will tell you, yes, top notch instruction, top notch game plan, great coaches that care, old school mentality. Most importantly, they are helping my son become a great young man. That's what I take the most pride in, is being a coach and part of the US Athletics program and I look forward to growing it.
